We have a new and exciting opportunity for a professional to join our Hyphen office in Swindon.

The successful candidate will be someone whose early experience of working in this specialist field of Court of Protection has given them a desire to specialise.

The role will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop their experience in this field by managing their own caseload of complex matters and be supported by a small but highly experienced team.

There will be the opportunity to support the team with business development activity as well as contribute to the bottom line.

Experience and knowledge required

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX level 3 with some relevant exposure to this field of specialism
  • Self-starter with advanced communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrable ability to build strong and effective internal and client relationships
  • Strong IT skills
