About the speaker

Chloe Scarr is an experienced community care law solicitor and leads martin searle solicitor’s Services for Professional Deputies. In addition to undertaking case work for clients, their families and carers, Chloe also offers case work support to professional Deputies and Attorneys and private client solicitors. In October 2016, martin searle solicitors’ won the Law Society Excellence Award for Excellence in Business Development for their Service for Professional Deputies. Chloe runs community care law training courses for other law firms, charities and for a leading provider of accredited CPD seminars. Chloe is involved in the firm’s local community engagement work and runs free legal advice clinics with local charities.
