About the speaker

Lynne Bradey is a partner in Wrigleys Solicitors LLP and head of the team which specialises in managing the affairs of people who have been injured, whether via a trust or a deputyship. Lynne has been on the Solicitors Roll since October 2003, is a member of STEP, SFE and the Law Society’s Private Client Section and is recognised as a national authority on personal injury trusts and COP matters. Lynne has a specialism in looking after clients who are vulnerable or who have been injured. Lynne is author of the textbook titled ‘Coldrick on Personal Injury Trusts’ 2nd, 3rd and 4th edition (Ark 2008) and co-author of ‘Coldrick on Care Home Fees’ 2nd edition Ark 2012). She is a regular contributor to such publications as The Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents (Lexis Nexis, Butterworths) and writes and lectures widely mental capacity, trusts, tax and related issues.

Lisa Eato is a Legal Director at Wrigleys Solicitors LLP and head of the Trust & Court of Protection Administration Team. A member of STEP, with over 20 years of experience of dealing with the administration of Deputy matters and trust administration, Lisa oversees the department’s team of 15 paralegals who provide comprehensive administration services (including trust accounting and taxation support) on over 400 individual Deputyships, Trusts and other Court of Protection matters.  Lisa is also a Director of the firm’s Trust Corporation, Wrigleys Trustees Limited. Legal 500 2016 describes the Court of Protection Team as “very efficient.”
